Preheat the oven to 190 ยฐC. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper. Mash the bananas well, and add in the ingredients in the order above. Mix until well combined. Do not over mix. Transfer to the loaf pan. Top walnuts & chocolate chips if preferred. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool before devouring.
