Raw Sabja (Sweet Basil Seeds) Pudding

  • 2 small cups sabja (sweet basil seeds)
  • 1 litre almond milk
  • 1 cup pitted dates, soaked in minimum water and made into a pulp
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 strawberries, crushed
  • A few raisins and sliced almonds for the garnish


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (except raisins and almonds) and set in a refrigerator for 6 hours until the sabja is puffed up.

Garnish with raisins and sliced almonds.

Serves 4
