1 banana, frozen for a thicker and creamier consistency
1½ cups roughly chopped frozen pineapple
⅛ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp vanilla extract
Method
Layer ingredients in a blender and puree, until smooth and creamy. With the blender turned off, use a spatula to scrape the sides down as needed. Scoop into glasses or bowls and serve immediately. Enjoy!
