Raw Sabja (Sweet Basil Seeds) Pudding

  • 2 small cups sabja
  • 1 litre almond milk
  • 1 cup dates (de-seeded, soaked in minimal water and made into a pulp)
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 strawberries, crushed
  • a few raisins and sliced almonds to garnish


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (except raisins and almonds) and set in a refrigerator for 6 hours till the sabja is puffed up.

Garnish with raisins and sliced almonds.
