Raw Sabja (Sweet Basil Seeds) Pudding

- 2 small cups sabja
- 1 litre almond milk
- 1 cup dates (de-seeded, soaked in minimal water and made into a pulp)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 strawberries, crushed
- a few raisins and sliced almonds to garnish
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (except raisins and almonds) and set in a refrigerator for 6 hours till the sabja is puffed up.
Garnish with raisins and sliced almonds.
