  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp finely sliced green chilies or to taste
  • Unrefined salt to taste
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, for the garnish
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed, for the garnish
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut, for the garnish


Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl (except the items for garnish). Garnish with coriander leaves, roasted peanuts and coconut. Serve.
