Tofu Cutlets


  • 1 packet tofu (frozen in advance)
  • 3 medium potatoes, boiled
  • 1 small beetroot, boiled
  • 2 carrots, boiled
  • ½ cup diced green beans or peas, boiled
  • 1 green chili and a small piece of ginger made into a paste
  • salt to taste
  • bread crumbs


Take the tofu from the packet, pour out the water and squeeze. The texture of the tofu will change due to freezing. Crumble this and mash with the vegetables. Add salt and ginger-chili paste and form into the shapes desired. Roll in bread crumbs and pan fry.
