2 – 3 sprigs of curry leaves, or according to taste
¼ cup raisins
2 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp unrefined salt (if required, since chaat masala also has salt in it)
2 tsp chaat masala
Method
Roast all the ingredients separately on medium heat and mix them well together along with salt (if required) and chaat masala. Serve or store in an airtight container.
