Tofu Pesto


  • 100 gm of tofu
  • ½ cup parsely
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 tbsp seed butter
  • soya milk as needed
  • salt to taste


Put all the ingredients except the soymilk in the blender or food processor and mix. Add soymilk to get the desired consistency. Serve as a spread or a dip with vegetable sticks.
