Avocado and Miso Dip


  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ of an onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 large or two small red radishes, finely grated
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • Unrefined salt to taste (in case required – the miso paste is salty)


Mash the avocado, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Serve this on bread or as a dip with freshly sliced vegetables.
