Chickpeas and Olives Pate


  • 1 cup dry chickpeas
  • 1 cup black olives


Soak the chickpeas overnight. Wash and boil them till they are cooked. Pour out all the water and wash once more. Put them in a food processor and blend till it forms a chunky paste. Add diced olives and stir it. Serve as a spread for bread or as a dip.
