Beetroot Tofu Pâté

This pate is as tasty as it is attractive.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized beetroot, steamed
  • 100 g tofu
  • 2 tbsp nut paste
  • Unrefined salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method

Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth paste. Serve with whole wheat pita, wheat crackers or oil free khakras.
