Tahini Dressing


  • ⅓ cup well stirred sesame butter
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • ¾ tsp unrefined salt
  • 1 tsp date paste
  • 1 clove garlic


In a blender, blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and use when required.

Stays in the refrigerator for a week.


Omit the salt and add soy sauce. This is a great dressing over salad greens.
