A healthy dressing that is creamy and does not contain oil.
- 1 cup non dairy milk (soya milk, coconut milk, almond milk etc)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and black pepper to taste
Blend together all the ingredients and serve.
