Caesar Dressing

A healthy dressing that is creamy and does not contain oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non dairy milk (soya milk, coconut milk, almond milk etc)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Method

Blend together all the ingredients and serve.
