Peanut Rice

Ingredients

  • 25 g peanut
  • 250 gms whole rice, soaked for 8-10 hours
  • ½ tsp unrefined salt

Method

Drop the peanuts into boiling water, boil for a few minutes and rinse under cool water. Cook the rice with the peanut and salt.

Variations

Cooked kidney beans (rajma) can be used instead of peanuts

Serves 4-6
