This simple dish is incredibly good – always a favourite.
Cut equal amounts of unpeeled potato and sweet potato into about 1½ – 2 cm cubes. Spread out on a tray, sprinkle dried rosemary, salt and pepper and mix well. Place in the oven at 400 ºF (205 ºC) and bake, stirring every 10 minutes or so. Cook for 20-30 minutes, until they are done. Alternatively, mix with salt and cook on very low heat and when almost done, add the rosemary. Delicious.
