As SHARAN facilitators, we come across so many people who are fighting obesity, hair loss, loss of energy, water retention only because their thyroid hormone is not functioning well. Thyroid imbalance, mainly hypothyroidism is something which 1 out of 3 people are suffering with today. Be it unnatural food, preservatives in the ready to eat packets or chemicals and toxins in our personal and home care products, our thyroid gland bears the brunt of it all and makes us vulnerable to some of the health issues.
