This was my first ever retreat and I am so glad I signed up for it. The structure of it was quite good as it helped each of us delve deeper into our own selves, observe some of our hidden patterns and realise how it is possible to break through from those. Jaishree helped us with various tools and techniques to work on changing our mental patterns. Mirror work, reconnecting to our inner child, using affirmations, turning our fears, regrets into positive affirmations and most importantly forgiveness and gratitude are the ones I found very effective and profound as these can be incorporated into our daily life. Heal your life led by Jaishree Kannan was a wonderful eye-opening experience. Learnt so many small practices to boost inner self which we may not realise we need. Loved the Mirror talk, Affirmation both practices which are easy but powerful tools to carry forward.

Ms Shashi’s plant based, non-dairy, no refined sugars cuisine was out of this world which I was looking forward to.

The company of the participants of this workshop helped to enrich the experience altogether. The Ambience of the resort added to the whole experience.

Cancellation:

Cancellations till 30^th September 2024 are eligible for 90% refund. Cancellations after 30^th September till 3^rd October will be eligible for 70% refund and after 3^rd October 2024 will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount.
