- urad/ragi/ moong dal papad

Roast an assorted variety of urad, ragi or moong dal papads on an open flame and place on a tray. Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander and squeeze lime juice on top. Serve as a snack.
You can add different vegetables like colourful peppers, grated carrots, beetroot etc
