In my eleven years of working with SHARAN, I have discovered the 3 ‘F’s’ to good health, which truly form the foundation. Of course, there are more stages, but this foundational program covers aspects which are easily do-able and also once you reach there, the body will automatically help you rise, when the time is right.

This program is divided into 3 months, with each month covering one ‘F’. We go slow but steady and win the healthy race:). Necessary tools & recipes will be provided along with continued whatsapp support. We will be a family committed to reaching our health goals.

Zoom Meeting Dates: Every Friday starting 3rd January 2025 (4 sessions per month for 3 months)

Time: 6.30 PM – 7:00 PM IST

Contribution: Rs. 5000/- + 18% GST for 3 months

Cancellation:

Cancellation attracts full refund till 30th December 2024, 50% refund till 1st Jan  2025. No refund on the day of the event.
