This is an unique, one of its kind, interactive + story telling program, wherein we will dwell upon the cosmic design for us while you will interact with the host and share your reasons for not meditating or devoting very little time to it.

We are all on the threshold of large-scale changes in the world with wars, destruction, massive environmental damage and disasters all around us.

With the New Year approaching, we ask ourselves:

• What can WE do?
• What could WE choose in life?
• What should our New Year resolution be?
• Can WE bring about a change?

This program is very useful especially, if you have attended a meditation session with SHARAN, whether free or paid.

The daily interaction will be followed by a story from the cosmic meditative realm each day.
