Thai Peanut Sauce
This simple Thai peanut sauce can be used as a salad dressing, as a dip or with stir-fried vegetables.
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced and crushed
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
Combine all the ingredients together in a saucepan over low heat. As the peanut butter melts, the mixture will be easier to combine. Continue stirring over low heat, until the ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
