Vegetable Juices

Vegetable juicing is one of the most powerful ways to consume a lot of nutrients quickly in a way that is easy to assimilate. The extra dose of nutrients is then available for healing, cleaning and repair.

This can be used in juice feasting or even in cases where other forms of raw food are not acceptable or where solid foods cannot be consumed, in cases of cancers, or in Ryles Tube feeding to accelerate the healing.

Vegetable juice mixes can be made according to individual tastes keeping in mind that root vegetables, like carrots and beetroot are higher in calories and can cause sugar spikes just like fruit juices. Below are just a few recipes that you can use. You can also mix and match and make your own.
