Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango pieces
  • ¼ cup mix of soaked melon seeds and cashew nuts
  • ⅓ cup soaked raisins
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
  • ½ tsp saffron (kesar) strands

Method

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed before serving chilled. Garnish with mint and slivered pistachios.
