Yoga helps lower stress hormones that comprise the immune system, while also conditioning the lungs and respiratory tract, stimulating the lymphatic system to oust toxins from the body.

Cold, flu infections, allergies & asthma and other chronic respiratory conditions are directly linked to a “weakened immune system” due to disturbed irregular habits of breathing too.

Yoga is a holistic life-style that helps you to calm the nervous system, gain over-all physical, mental well-being and improve the body’s natural defence mechanism. Join Shalini Goenka, our in-house yoga expert who is a nutritionist and a diabetes educator, in this free session who will guide you on asanas that help build your immunity.
