An Intuitive Journey Through the Feminine Body.

For girls and women aged 14 years and above.

A gentle yet powerful 2-hour journey into the energy, emotions and cords we hold in our body from the experiences and situations we go through, which can linger within us without us even realising how they may be affecting the way we think, feel and behave.

Using powerful and effective modalities like EFT & Colour Therapy, we will gently release stuck energy that doesn’t belong to us, allowing us to feel lighter and reconnect with our own unique self.

These are simple tools you can continue to use on your own, whenever and wherever you need them.

Please keep ready:

• Colour pencils or crayons (minimum12 colours)
• 4 sheets of blank paper
