Mexican Hot Chilli Sauce

Great as an accompaniment to Mexican rice, Mexican beans, stir-fried or grilled Mexican vegetables and Mexican tortillas.


  • Spicy red chillies
  • Unrefined salt to taste
  • Natural vinegar


Wash chillies, dry and cut off the stems. Place in a (small) bottle and tamp down until the bottle is full. Pour vinegar over, until covered. Add salt and allow to sit for a few days. Then blend in a blender until you obtain a smooth sauce.
