Vegan Sour Cream


  • 1 cup cashew nuts (broken cashew nuts can be used), soaked in 2 cups water for 6 – 8 hours
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp unrefined salt
  • ¼ – ½ cup water


Drain and rinse the soaked nuts and place them in a blender. Blend, adding 1 tbsp of water at a time, until a thick, creamy consistency is obtained. Add lime juice, salt and blend again. Add more water if needed to get a thick, but flowing consistency. It is ready to serve.


This recipe uses many nuts. Please keep your nut limit in mind if you are working on disease reversal.
