2) Emotion Charades & Role Play: Express, Connect & Play with Jaishree Kannan – 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM

Join us for a joyful experience that is filled with laughter, bonding and meaningful conversations through games, role play, and self-expression as we

Play & explore emotions in a safe space.
Engage in role play to practice real-life emotional situations.
Learn to respond, not react, with awareness.
Express feelings without hurting others

3) The Packaged Foods Story with Reyna Rupani & Kommal Shah – 12:00 PM to 12.45 PM

You and/or your kids love eating packaged foods which you are aware are not good for your health. Let’s take a pause, get together and learn through fun about what goes into packaged foods. Let’s read labels together and understand that healthier alternatives are possible too. This session will include a cooking demo as well.

4) The Gratitude & Affirmations Celebration with Capt. Joseph Pinto – 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM

This session involves interactive games and activities where you all will learn the power of words and the magic of affirmations and gratitude. Expect art, craft, music, movement, bonding, fun & more!
