24 March | Day 1 – Arrival & Gentle Unwinding
Arrive in Port Blair and step into island calm. Begin with an easy visit to Chidyatapu Beach, where open skies, quiet walks, and a glowing sunset help you slow down, breathe deeper, and leave the rush behind.

25 March | Day 2 – History, Perspective & Ease
Explore Andaman’s poignant past at the Cellular Jail, followed by the moving Light & Sound Show. The evening may end with a relaxed Bella Bay Dinner Cruise, enjoying live music, ocean views, and an unhurried island vibe (subject to weather and sea conditions).

26 March | Day 3 – Beneath the Surface
Discover a new world with a guided scuba experience near Chidyatapu. Floating beneath the waves invites curiosity, courage, and playful joy—often leaving you feeling lighter than expected.

27 March | Day 4 – Havelock Island & Healing Sunsets
Cruise to Havelock Island and settle into its tranquil rhythm. Visit Kalapathar Beach, then spend time at the iconic Radhanagar Beach, staying on for a sunset that gently reminds you to pause and simply be present.

28 March | Day 5 – Ocean Play & Deep Rest
Head to Elephant Beach for complimentary snorkelling in crystal-clear waters. Explore coral reefs, float freely, and return to your resort for a slow evening of rest, reflection, and connection.

29 March | Day 6 – Neil Island & Starry Skies
Travel onward to Neil Island. Visit the Natural Rock Formation, enjoy sunset views at Laxmanpur Beach, and later experience rare stargazing under a clear, pollution-free sky.

30 March | Day 7 – Slow Mornings & Return
Begin the day at Bharatpur Beach, soaking in the gentle morning calm. Later, cruise back to Port Blair, settle in, and savour the final days of island living.

31 March | Day 8 – Nature’s Quiet Power
Take a day trip to Baratang Island—walking through mangrove creeks, exploring ancient limestone caves, and witnessing the fascinating mud volcano, a subtle reminder of nature’s living energy.

1 April | Day 9 – Farewell
After a nourishing breakfast, depart with relaxed shoulders, clearer thoughts, lasting connections, and memories that linger long after the journey ends.

Throughout the retreat, wellness and inner work are gently woven into your holiday, never rushed or forced. Meditation, mind–body practices, lifestyle guidance, and disease-reversal insights are offered at a relaxed pace, in harmony with travel flow and group comfort. Each participant also receives one complimentary personal consultation with a facilitator during the retreat.

All transportation is included, from airport pick-up to drop-off, including ferry transfers between islands.
