‘I discovered a transformative path to healing’

Ex-pilot Silvia Pusceddu actually lost her job due to her health issues and that’s when she decided to take her health in her own hands.

In 2019, I was diagnosed with hydatid disease during a follow-up of an abdominal surgery for an advanced umbilical hernia. This health setback led to a cascade of issues, including pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, digestive problems, anaemia, and depression. As an airline pilot, these health challenges rendered me medically unfit, resulting in the loss of my job.

Dealing with multiple illnesses and medications was overwhelming, until a friend recommended Dr. Nandita Shah and SHARAN. Through Dr. Shah’s vegan whole based diet approach, I discovered a transformative path to healing. Remarkably, within just two weeks, I witnessed positive changes and was able to discontinue all medications, including iron supplements for my anaemia.

My health journey also revealed deficiencies in two crucial nutrients: vitamin B12 and vitamin D. The lack of B12 resulted in extreme fatigue, mood swings, and a frightening blockage on the right side of my body, necessitating three times the usual VIT B12 shots. Similarly, the vitamin D deficiency left me lethargic and compromised my overall well-being. Physically I endured pain and discomfort.

I incorporated suitable supplements and in conjunction with the diet, made a profound difference. I now prioritize taking the right supplements and encourage everyone to do the same, along with following SHARAN’s guidance for a healthy diet and lifestyle. SHARAN’s approach has truly changed my life, and I encourage others to embark on this transformative journey towards holistic well-being.

Supplementation can be harmful

In nature, nutrients and minerals are available in different foods in balance. Having too much of a good thing can, in reality, be bad. If there is a deficiency, instead of supplementing, we should ask the question why do I have a deficiency and what should I change in my lifestyle to solve it? Resolving the root cause will help maintain the balance. Remember that high-quality, whole, organic raw foods are bursting with nutrients. Include green smoothies and salads in your meals every day.

Here are some reasons why unnecessary supplementation is harmful.
