What your child eats has a huge role in his or her physical health, emotional health and intellectual capabilities. One great way to let children eat healthy is to involve them in simple healthy cooking.
The “Healthy Little Chefs” program aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Build awareness of healthy and delicious food
- Show them how simple it is to cook and eat healthy
- Involve them with hands-on for a few healthy and fun recipes
Menu:
- Healthy Hot Chocolate
- Crunchy Stuffed Dates
- Vegan Mayonnaise
- Yummy Vegan Aioli
- Nutty Chocolate Dips
Time: 4pm – 6pm
Contribution: Dhs 150 per child (7 years and above)

Sarita teaches Liberal education to children. She has been a passionate Vegan since 5 years after doing a full day health seminar with Dr. Nandita Shah. She has created over 350 recipes which are completely Vegan, healthy, oil free and organic. Some of her recipes have recently been published in the Yoga life middle east magazine.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before 7 days from the event date attracts full refund towards another program. Cancellation between 7 days & 3 days before event date attracts 75% refund towards another program. No refunds for cancelling 3 days before the commencement of the program.
