Learn how a good combination of Yoga and Nutrition can eliminate stress, increase energy levels and improve health. This Free workshop includes approximately 30 minutes of Yoga followed by 1 hour of educational seminar on whole food plant-based nutrition by SHARAN.

Topics covered:

Reconnect to your body and settle the mind through yoga practice.
Be guided through a meditation practice, cultivating the present moment.
Explore the foundations of whole food plant-based nutrition by SHARAN
How to reverse chronic diseases like Diabetes & BP without medicines.
Introduction to 4 week Healthy Food Challenge plan.
Tasting of light Vegan refreshments.
