So how does it work?

1. We meet every day for 30 minutes for the first 7 days. These sessions will include the understanding of why it’s best to avoid sugar, along with a sugar-free recipe demo each day.
2. We have WhatsApp support for the rest of the 30 days, including 3 more 30-minute support meets which will keep you on board.

You are welcome to have whoever is at home to join in too (only on one device of course). You could actually make this a family activity; it will be fun as you support each other. If they are not willing, no worries you will have an extended sugar-free family of this challenge to motivate you:)

• A dedicated WhatsApp group is created for this program. The Zoom link for online sessions and other updates will be shared there.
