We all are aware that eating salads is great for our health. But are you stuck with ideas of how to make your salads delicious & more interesting?

In this special class, learn the art of making salad dressings. Dressing up your salads makes them super yum and you could even make a meal out of them! Of course you can easily pick up readymade salad dressings, however they come with their share of oil, dairy, and preservatives, which defeats the whole purpose – the health quotient.

So, take out some time for this unique class where you will learn how you can easily make salad dressings at home, which everyone will love. Once you understand the techniques, the sky’s the limit!

So, what will this workshop entail?

• The importance of having salads daily
• Learn the basics of making a salad dressing
• What all can go into making a healthy salad?
• Learn a salad dressing recipe plus you will be making your own salad dressing right in front of us! You will also taste other salads made by your co-participants.
• Some simple presentation techniques

This class is a hybrid one – means physical and online. Those in Mumbai, we highly recommend attending the class at the centre as you will get the experience of tasting the salads and meeting like-minded people. It’s good learning & fun indeed:)
