This was my first ever retreat and I am so glad I signed up for it. The structure of it was quite good as it helped each of us delve deeper into our own selves, observe some of our hidden patterns and realise how it is possible to break through from those. Jaishree helped us with various tools and techniques to work on changing our mental patterns. Mirror work, reconnecting to our inner child, using affirmations, turning our fears, regrets into positive affirmations and most importantly forgiveness and gratitude are the ones I found very effective and profound as these can be incorporated into our daily life. I have already started using some of these on a regular basis.Writing my new story helped me pen down some of the things I want to work upon/ achieve but had been doubting if I would be able to. Now I believe I will achieve these.These sessions coupled with the vegan food (dairy free/ oil free) prepared under the guidance of Shashi was like an icing on the cake. Super healthy and super tasty is how I would describe every single meal I had during those 2 days.All of my co-participants have now become a part of my SHARAN family.The choice of resort for such a retreat was another win. That one can exist in harmony with nature is what this resort truly exhibits.

Heal your life led by Jaishree Kannan was a wonderful eye-opening experience. Learnt so many small practices to boost inner self which we may not realise we need it. Loved the Mirror talk, Affirmation bath practices which is easy but powerful tools to carry forward.

Ms Shashi’s plant based, non-dairy, no refined sugars cuisine was out of this world which I was looking forward to.

The company of the participants of this workshop helped to enrich the experience altogether. The Ambience of the resort added to the whole experience.

After coming home, I realised I felt much lighter…thanks to the 2-day retreat. I had been feeling emotionally very heavy earlier. You have provided us such wonderful tools and the warm, interactive session was amazing! I loved the space Hidden Oasis where it was organized as well as the yummy eco-friendly, vegan food that was provided. The affirmations, songs, imagination exercises and other exercises were amazing thank you very much! 😍❤

Also, the active, conscientious and involved participants were a delight to be with. I learnt and felt so enriched from them. The hugging exercise in particular was so very wonderful!!

Jayshree you are an inspiration yourself so light and active and enthusiastic. Varsha you were so giving and involved in the activities…thanks so much. Value your inputs and comments before, during and after the exercises! Thanks so much❤.

I am glad that I was a part of Embrace and Enhance work shop, facilitated by Jayshree. Some of the exercises at the work shop, like drawing your family members and speaking to them, Your own story aided by cosmic kitchen, Mirror watching, use of affirmations, were all very powerful, and back home when I reviewed what I learnt at the workshop, I found them to be very powerful tools.

As a facilitator Jayshree had complete grip and conviction about the subject, and was able to respond to queries and doubts with utmost clarity and conviction. I was lucky to be a part of this group with participants from different age groups and full of energy and positivity. Every one tried to give their best and were fully involved.

No feedback can be complete without praising the amazing whole food plant-based food served by Shashi.

As a suggestion, I strongly believe that when we come to such resorts in the middle of Mother Nature, some outdoor activity like morning & evening walks should be a part of the program by default, although not compulsory but optional.

To conclude it was a wonderful experience. Once again thanking Jayshree & Shashi for the selfless work they do.
