Sometimes all we need is a shift in perspective in our own story. “Transformation story of a bird “is an experiential workshop to explore your own story using movement, colour and gliding like a bird with awareness. Through this transformation workshop, become aware of self – imposed restrictions, release the shadows of doubt and fear …. and experience JOY, LOVE, AND FREEDOM.
This workshop is based on the story written by Dr G.L. SAMPOORNA
