Description
This is a longer version of the original Peas vs Pills seminar including a cooking class. The seminar will be spread over three days making it more relaxing and leaving plenty of time for questions. The seminar will be at Bean Me Up, so it will be simple to get healthy meals and snacks during the breaks. This seminar does not include any meals. This seminar is part of a 1 month Ashtanga training program by Yogabones.
Most of us look after our cars, clothes or possessions better than we look after our own body. The irony is that those things are replaceable but our body is not. But it is possible to change our ways and actually life can be even more enjoyable this way.

On the 27th the morning session will have a cooking class.

Refund policy: Cancellations on or before 21st March are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 22nd March and 24th March are eligible for a 75% refund. The refund amount will be kept towards a future seminar or event. No refunds will be given for cancellations on the day of the event.
