Meet your guide: Capt. Joseph Pinto:

Guiding you through this transformative experience is Capt. Joseph Pinto, a former Air Force officer, whose own path of self-discovery led him to wellness coaching. His story of overcoming struggles through reflective writing is a testament to the healing power of words. With compassion and deep understanding, Capt. Pinto will walk besides you, providing the steady support you need to flourish.
