Dr Nandita Shah is the founder of SHARAN, and organisation committed to raising health awareness with a special focus on diabetes.

This class will be about Techniques for Cooking Healthy. You will learn what makes food unhealthy and how to convert your favourite recipes into healthy ones in this class. This is not about cooking particular dishes but about learning multiple techniques which will help you cook delicous food for health every single day!
