We offer you a 14 day Challenge to come try this way of life with us.

Our goal is to empower you to take care of your health.

We will do this by:

  • Information sessions on the science behind the whole-food plant-based lifestyle
  • Tips on grocery shopping, eating when travelling
  • Cooking demo to prepare simple, quick and delicious meals
  • Yoga session and meditation
  • Recipes and meal plans for a week

4 sessions will be conducted during the program. Each session will be for a maximum of 2 hours.

Start Date: Sunday 27th September 2015

End Date: Sunday 11th October 2015

Contribution: 3500 per person
