This structured online journey is guided by Medical Intuitive and Holistic Health & Wellness Practitioner Mona Irfan.

Over 21 days, you will learn to:

  • Let go of emotional baggage that may not belong to you
  • Realign with your inner power

Through guided practices like tapping (EFT), belief and feeling work (Theta), Holy Fire Reiki, colour scanning, breathwork, and reflection, you move step by step — not all at once.

This is not about “fixing” yourself.
It is about creating the right inner conditions for clarity and strength to emerge.

Phase 1: Awareness – Acknowledge – Action

See how your thoughts shape your emotions and energy.
Through reflection, meditation, and tapping, begin shifting patterns consciously.

Phase 2: Breathe – Feel – Heal

Use breathwork, forgiveness practices, and belief release work to clear emotional residue.

Contribution

Regular: Rs. 7,770/- + 18% GST
