I started following the whole food plant based diet to improve my health. On my quest to find tasty yet healthy recipes, I stumbled upon SHARAN’s website. It felt like a treasure to me! I tried many recipes on my own like raw walnut brownies, whole wheat bread etc and they turned out so well!

I was able to find answers to all my questions through the online courses, newsletters, videos etc. I attended many courses like the oil free cooking class, dairy free challenge, oil free Diwali snacks and sweets. I learnt many recipes like bakarwadi, mathri, peanut curd, chocolate mousse, in classes which gained much appreciation and so I was motivated to stay on track. In this journey I lost 10 kgs weight, which I feel is a by-product of gaining better health.
