“As a classical homeopath for 15 years and teacher of homeopathy to medical physicians at the Sharei Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem, I understood that symptoms are the language that our body speaks, to help us create change in our lives and adopt new tactics to maximize our health.

I attended ‘Peas vs Pills’ and I sat in Dr Shah’s clinic for 3 months, following a course in the University of California, San Francisco in the Prevention of Chronic Disease through Nutrition. I completely reversed my own symptoms, lost 13 kg without dieting and set on my way to inspire others to follow the same path to vibrant health.
I am now also a graduate of the T Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies with a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from Cornell University. I now practice as a Whole Food Plant-based Nutrition specialist, with my own organisation, ‘The Healthy Kitchen Initiative’. I teach people new food strategies to take care of the onslaught of deteriorating health and in most cases reverse their symptoms entirely.
