Wondering why we are conducting an idli-dosa class? Well because we are going to show you how to make them wholesome, healthy and yummy!
Normally idlis and dosas are made from refined and polished white rice and split udad dals. Come and learn how to make them whole, how to make them with millets, how to make them soft and how to make them without oil!
And the best bit about idlis and dosas is that you can have them anytime – breakfast, lunch, snack or dinner!
