2. We have WhatsApp support for the rest of the days, including 3 more 30-minute support meets which will keep you on board.

You are welcome to have whoever is at home to join in too (only on one device of course).

You could actually make this a family activity; it will be fun as you support each other. If they are not willing, no worries you will have an extended sugar-free family of this challenge to motivate you:)
