Nothing screams “Mexican food” more than cheesy nachos and tangy sour cream. So, is it hard for someone on a whole food plant-based diet to enjoy these Tex-Mex treats? Absolutely not! This class will demonstrate easy-to-follow recipes for you to make restaurant-style Mexican food at home. The best part is that you won’t need to use any oil, processed sugar, or dairy – it’s all completely guilt-free.
Join Nipa’s two sessions of Mexican Fiesta, where she will guide you through the preparation of a Mexican meal complete with drinks, starters and main course.
