Your yoga teacher, Kiran Tejwani, is a warm and compassionate educator with over 15 years of experience. Qualified in TTC from The Yoga Institute (Santacruz) & Diploma in Foundation & Advanced Yoga from Kalina University, Mumbai. Her teaching style is gentle, mindful, and tailored to women’s unique needs.
