Festive Sweets, Snacks and Salads

Many festivals are coming up over the next few weeks and all of us want to celebrate with our traditional sweets and snacks. Lets make some of the laddoos and mathris together.

And why salads one may ask? This workshop is to help you find that balance between celebration and health. Salads help you incorporate the evergreen health promoting raw-foods in your diet.

Here is a list of the ten dishes that will be covered in this workshop:

  • Laddoo
  • Kheer
  • Gujia
  • Burfi
  • Mathri
  • Chiwda/Namkeen
  • 4 raw salads

As always, all will be free from oil, refined sugar and refined flours. Whole foods from plants will be used as raw materials to prepare these low in fat, high in nutrition, and deliciously yummy dishes.

Time: 11 am to 1 pm

Contribution: Rs. 1700 per person.

Early Bird Discount: Rs. 1500 for those registering by 22nd August 2016,
Rs. 1250 for past particiapants of SHARAN 6 week programs, 21 day retreats and Dr. Nandita’s one day seminars.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation before the early bird attracts full refund towards another program. Cancellation after early bird attracts 75% refund. No refund for cancellations on the day of the event.
