Meet Dr. Nandita Shah, the founder of SHARAN and the team who will lead you through this program.








We have divided this program broadly into 6 themes, to cover health holistically. Each week, you will be graduating to a deeper level of health and wellness. Don’t hurry. Go slow, understand, adapt and then move on. We are trying to reverse years of conditioning and it may take time. But it’s very easy and YOU CAN DO IT!

Each day there will be tips, recipes and movie suggestions. Make notes and implement them. It may feel like a little effort in the beginning, but then you will start enjoying it. Do ensure you fare well in the quiz at the end too.

What do you need?

1) Time – Invest in your health, it’s the greatest wealth.
2) Your Learning Self – Be open to new ideas. Trust us, we did and it worked.
3) A Health Book – Get a notebook which you can use to make notes as we go along.
