- Weigh yourself and note this down. Now compare this to the weight when you started this program. Have you lost weight? Remember that we don’t want to lose too much weight in a jiffy but we want to lose weight in a healthy way so that it is sustainable lifelong.
- Take a full length photo of yourself and store it with the date. Now compare this with the earlier photo of yourself. Sometimes while exercising, even though weight loss may not be a lot, inch loss is more. This is just because muscle weighs more than fat.
- Continue to weigh yourself once every 6 weeks and also take a photo so that you can see your progress over time. Don’t weigh yourself more often than this. Remember, health gain is our plan. Weightloss is just a bonus!
- After 3 months of the first set of tests do a new set of tests and see the progress. This will help you stay on track. If all is good, do remember to do the complete set of tests at least once a year.
